October Collectors Auction

The October Collectors Auction – Online Only kicks off on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM and lots will begin closing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 6:30 PM. A special in-person preview will be held on Saturday, September 6 from 10:00 to 11:59 AM at 12999 CR 25-A, Anna, Ohio 45302. Winning bidders can pick up their items on Thursday, October 9 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the same location.

This exciting auction features more than 400 quality lots of collectibles and treasures, including a 50+ BB gun collection with Daisy and others, a large Boyd Bears collection, Hummels, an extensive train collection with Lionel & more, vintage postcards, erector sets, beer signs & breweriana, jewelry, and so much more. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out, this event is packed with unique opportunities to find rare and timeless pieces.

Payment Terms

• The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically contact us in advance to arrange alternate payment for items over $2,500.00.

• A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total sale price.

Item Descriptions & Responsibility

• Kies Auctioneers does not test items for genuineness. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but inspection is strongly encouraged.

• You are bidding on the item as described—always review the item descriptions carefully.

• Any items left behind after the designated pickup dates will be considered abandoned and forfeited, unless prior arrangements for pickup or shipping have been made.

General Auction Terms & Conditions

1. All bids are subject to acceptance by the auctioneer. No bid is valid until accepted at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.

2. If you are the successful bidder, you agree to pay your bid amount plus all applicable premiums in accordance with these terms.

3. Neither the software provider nor Kies Auctioneers shall be held responsible for missed bids or software malfunctions.

4. All bids shall be considered pending until formally accepted by the auctioneer.

5. The auctioneer reserves the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject any and all bids deemed nominal, suspicious, or not in the best interest of the auction.

6. In the event of a bidding dispute, the auctioneer’s determination of the successful bidder shall be final.

7. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms and conditions and affirm that you have read and understood them.

8. All sales are final upon determination of the successful bidder.

9. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that your bid is a legally binding offer to purchase the item(s).

10. There shall be no returns or exchanges. All property is sold “as is.” It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each item.

11. Participation in this auction does not create any relationship (employee, agent, independent contractor, etc.) between the bidder and Kies Auctioneers or affiliated companies.

12. Kies Auctioneers acts solely as an agent for the seller in this auction.

Shipping & Firearms Terms

• Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Kies Auctioneers will deliver items to the UPS Store in Sidney, Ohio, if desired, for buyer-arranged shipping.

• To purchase a long gun, you must:

  • Be an Ohio resident

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Present a valid ID at pickup
